Today, Realme announced its Realme GT 6 smartphone in India. It is India’s first smartphone to ship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset. The smartphone has a dual-rear camera setup, a massive 5500 mAh battery, and a 120Hz refresh rate display. Check out the detailed specifications below.

Realme GT 6 specifications:

The device has a shiny dual-tone rear panel that looks like glass but is plastic. The camera lenses are placed in two big circular rings separately. A third ring next to the camera rings houses the dual-tone LED flashlight.

The device features a 6.78-inch full HD+ AMOLED display panel on the front with a 120Hz fast refresh rate. The display has an adaptive refresh rate that switches between 1Hz to 120Hz depending on the content. The display has a peak brightness of up to 1000 nits under direct sunlight, and the company claims that this device also supports 6000 nits of local peak brightness.

Under the hood is the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset manufactured on 4nm fabrication. Inside the Realme GT 6 is a 10,014 sq mm 3D tempered dual vapor chamber. Users can get up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. It runs on Realme UI 5 on top of Android 14 out of the box. The company promised three years of major Android OS updates and four security updates.

For optics, the dual-rear camera system is headlined by a 50MP primary sensor with a Sony LYT-600 sensor, optical image stabilization, and an f/1.88 aperture. The primary sensor is paired with an 8MP wide-angle camera, a Sony IMX355 sensor, and an f/2.2 aperture. On the front, a 32MP Sony IMX615 sensor is placed in a center punch hole cut out for taking selfies and video calls.

Realme GT 6 has a 5,500 mAh battery and a 120W fast-wired charging. The 120W fast charging is included in the retail box. Other specifications include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a USB Type-C port.
