Motorola today launched the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra in India. It is the third device in the Motorola Edge 50 series, after the Edge 50 Fusion and Edge 50 Pro. The device has upper mid-range specifications with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset at the helm. Check out the detailed specifications of the device below.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra specifications:

The device features a 6.7-inch 1.5k pOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, DC Dimming, and a peak brightness of 2,800 nits. The display has a pixel density of 446 PPI and there is Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on top of it.

At the helm of this device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC paired with 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The device comes with only one storage variant and there is no option for expandable storage on this device. It runs on Moto’s custom skin Hello UI on top of Android 14 out of the box. The OEM promises three years of Android updates and four years of security updates for this device.

For optics, there is a triple rear camera system comprising a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 64MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and optical image stabilization, The device has a 50MP sensor on the display for taking selfies and video calls.

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra draws power from a 4,500 mAh battery which has 125W fast charging support, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging support. Other specification includes IP68 water and dust resistance and an in-display fingerprint scanner. For connectivity, the device has dual sim support, 17 5G bands, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and GPS.

Pricing:

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra’s price for the Indian market is Rs. 59,999 for the single 12GB and 512GB storage variant. It is available in three color options that are Nordic Wood, Peach Fuzz, and Forest Grey.
