Xbox announced the date for its Games Showcase 2024 event – June 9th, at 10 AM PT, where it talks about the upcoming games coming to its console.
The titles include not just from Xbox Game Studios, but from Bethesda, Activision and Blizzard, and third-party developers, too. Following this, Xbox is also unveiling a mystery game from Direct.
New-Age Games from Xbox
With PlayStation making the most of console sales, Xbox is competing by launching new games frequently, coming from its wide-range of partners. In this pursuit, the Microsoft-owned console maker is set to announce a bunch of new games at the Games Showcase 2024 event, scheduled on June 9, 6 PM UK time (10 AM PT).

The event can be live streamed on Xbox’s YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook channels, with titles coming from Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda, Activision and Blizzard, and third-party developers.
This announcement is followed by the Direct’s revelation of a new game – which the Xbox described as “the next instalment of a beloved franchise“. While it didn’t share any more details, the game’s logo is some sort of wolf head, so now the guess is all yours.
Last year, it was Starfield, and it didn’t disappoint the fans. Following Xbox’s Games Showcase, Ubisoft is also holding an event to announce new games, which may include Star Wars Outlaws.
It’s unknown if PlayStation and Nintendo have similar events around this time, but Nintendo is reported to be missing the Gamescom this year.
