After launching the Xiaomi 14 Civi in China in March, Xiaomi finally launched the device for Indian users today. From its appearance, it seems like the device is part of the Xiaomi 14 series. Check the device’s detailed specifications below.

The device has a circular camera island on the rear side, a triple-camera system, and a dual-tone LED flashlight. Upfront is a 6.55-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED display with a fast 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. This display also has a DCI-P3 color gamut, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support. It has a peak brightness of 3000 nits in broad daylight and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The device also has a dual stereo speaker backed by Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio.
The Xiaomi 14 Civi features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset manufactured on 4nm fabrication. Xiaomi has also included its dedicated Pascal T1 Signal Enhancement Chip for improved signal strength. Alongside the chipset, there is up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. It runs on Hyper OS on top of Android 14 out of the box. The company has promised three years of software and four security updates.
For optics, there is a Leica 50MP Light Hunter 800 primary image sensor with optical image stabilization. There is a Leica 50MP 50mm telephoto sensor with Optical image stabilization and a Leica 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with a 120-degree field of view. For selfies, and video calls, there are two 32MP sensors, one is the primary sensor, and the second is the ultra-wide sensor. All five cameras support 4K video recording and AI features like AI Expansion, AI Magic Erase, and AI Portrait Mode features.
The Xiaomi 14 Civi has a 4,700 mAh battery with 57W fast wired charging support. Other specifications include Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, an in-display fingerprint scanner, AI face unlock, and GPS.
